Power and Major Components: Connect the large lugs to the battery positive, starter motor, and alternator.
ECM and Sensor Connectors: Connect all ECM multi-pin connectors, ensuring they are fully seated and their locking levers are engaged.
Sensor and Solenoid Connectors: Connect all individual sensors (temperature, pressure, speed) and solenoids (fan, shutoff). Listen for a definitive "click" to confirm they are locked.
Inter-Harness Connections: Finally, connect the large multi-pin connectors to the cab harness and monitor harness.
