360-2323 3602323 Bushing for 325C Excavator

Pressing In:
Apply a thin layer of grease to the bushing's OD to ease installation.
Using the hydraulic press and the correct driver, press the bushing in straight and square. Apply steady, even pressure.
Critical Note: Press the bushing in until it is seated fully against the shoulder or until the grease holes are perfectly aligned. Do not stop halfway.

Final Steps:
After installation, check the ID of the new bushing for any damage caused during pressing.
Clean the grease hole and install a new grease fitting if necessary.
Install the pin, seals, and retaining hardware, torquing them to Caterpillar's specifications.
