419-0884 4190884 Bushing for 336D Excavator

Lubrication (Greasing):

Frequency: This is the most important maintenance task. Grease the pivot points daily or at the start of every shift, especially in severe or high-production applications.

Procedure:
Clean the grease fittings before attaching the grease gun.
Pump grease into the fitting until you see fresh grease purging from the seals at both ends of the bushing. This purges out abrasive contaminants and ensures the entire pin and bushing surface is lubricated.
Wipe away the excess grease.

Use Correct Grease: Always use the type of grease specified in the Caterpillar 325B operator's manual (typically a high-quality, lithium-based or extreme-pressure grease).
