Regular Visual Inspections (Daily/Weekly)

Walk-around Inspection: Before starting the machine, perform a visual check of the harness sections visible around the main frame, especially near the engine bay, hydraulic tank, and undercarriage.

Look for Obvious Damage: Check for:
Abrasion: Wires rubbing against the frame, hoses, or sharp edges.
Cuts or Crushing: Damage from tools, falling debris, or being pinched.
Heat Damage: Melted or brittle insulation from contact with hot surfaces like the exhaust manifold or turbocharger.
Chemical Damage: Swelling or deterioration of wire insulation from oil, fuel, or coolant leaks. Fix the leak first.
