Preparation and Safety:
Park the excavator on a firm, level, and clean surface. Lower the attachment to the ground to stabilize the machine.
Release all hydraulic pressure from the system.
Disconnect the battery to prevent accidental engine start-up.
Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces on both the upper frame and the undercarriage. Any dirt, paint, or old sealant can cause misalignment and uneven load distribution.
