Installation Steps:
Bearing Handling:
Never lift the slewing bearing by its cables or straps threaded through the bolt holes. Use wide slings or a spreader bar to lift the bearing evenly without distorting it or damaging the seals and gear teeth.
Placement and Alignment:
Carefully lower the new or reconditioned slewing bearing onto the clean mounting surface of the undercarriage.
Ensure all bolt holes are perfectly aligned. The gear teeth must also be correctly aligned with the swing motor pinion gear.
This 267-6831 slewing bearing is used for 315D 318D excavator.
