Integrated Bundled Core Design:
The radiator is not a single unit but part of a Cooling Module Package. This bundled assembly is stacked together and includes:
Charge Air Cooler (CAC): Positioned at the front (air inlet side). It cools the compressed, hot air from the turbocharger before it enters the engine. This increases air density for more efficient combustion, better fuel economy, and reduced emissions.
Engine Radiator: The primary heat exchanger for the engine coolant. It is typically located behind the CAC.
Hydraulic Oil Cooler: Positioned behind the engine radiator. It uses the same airflow to cool the hydraulic fluid, which is critical due to the immense heat generated by the hydraulic pumps and actuators.
Air Conditioning Condenser: Often integrated into the bundle or located nearby, also utilizing the main fan airflow.
