Disassembly & Removal:
Safely support the machine and the workgroup (boom, stick, bucket) to relieve pressure.
Remove the retaining clips or bolts securing the pin.
Using the hydraulic press and the correct mandrel, press the pin out. Note: Some pins may be "tap-out" style, but pressing is always preferred.
Inspect the old bushing and the pin for wear patterns that might indicate misalignment.
Use the press and a suitable-sized mandrel to press the old bushing out. Never press against the soft inner surface of the linkage ear.
This 526-3050 bushing is used for 318D 318D2 320D excavator.
