The wheel lean cylinder is a specialized hydraulic actuator that controls the inclination (leaning) of the front wheels relative to the grader's front axle. Its primary function is to tilt the entire front wheel assembly either left or right.
This is a distinct function from steering. While the steering cylinder turns the wheels left or right to change direction, the wheel lean cylinder changes their camber angle.
