Greasing (Most Important Routine Task):
Frequency: Grease the arm cylinder pin connections every 10 hours or even more frequently (e.g., every shift) in severe, abrasive environments like sand or demolition work.
Procedure: Use a high-quality, general-purpose lithium-based grease. Pump grease into the fittings until clean grease is forced out from the seals on both sides of the pin connection. This purges grinding abrasives like sand and silt, preventing them from wearing down the pin and bushing. Proper alignment is crucial for cylinder health.
