Data Link (CAN Bus) Harness
This is not always a separate physical harness but is integrated into the main, cab, and engine harnesses. It consists of twisted-pair wires.
Function: It serves as the communication network (like the machine's nervous system). It allows the various electronic control modules (ECMs for engine, transmission, implement pump, etc.) and the monitor display to share information and data with each other using the CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol.
This 460-1574 wiring harness is used for 986H wheel loader.
