Make Electrical Connections:
Connect Major Dressing Blocks First: Attach the large multi-pin connectors to the cab and front frame harnesses.
Connect Ground Straps: Bolt the main ground wires to their clean, bare-metal points on the chassis and engine. This is a crucial step for electrical stability.
Connect to ECMs and Power Sources: Connect the harness to the ECMs, the main power relay, and finally to the battery cables and alternator.
Connect Sensors: Attach all remaining sensors along the chassis.
Use dielectric grease on all connector seals to ensure a weatherproof seal.
Ensure every connector is fully seated and locked with an audible click.
