Routing and Connection:
Route Before Connecting: Carefully route the new harness through the exact same path as the old one, using the designated clips and passages. Avoid sharp bends and keep it clear of all moving parts.
Secure the Harness: Use new cable ties and clamps to secure the harness firmly to the machine's frame at all specified locations. Loose harnesses are susceptible to vibration damage.
Connect Components: Start by connecting the undercarriage components (travel motors, sensors, solenoids). Ensure each connector is clean, fully engaged, and the locking mechanism clicks into place.
