Old Bearing Removal and Surface Preparation:
Remove the bolts securing the old slewing bearing to the undercarriage and the upper structure.
Lift the old bearing away.
Thoroughly clean and inspect the mounting surfaces on both the undercarriage (swing circle mount) and the bottom of the upper structure (car body mount). Check for any wear, corrosion, or damage. These surfaces must be perfectly flat and clean.
This 199-4491 slewing bearing is used for 390D 385C 385B 390FL 395 excavator.
