Removal of the Old Bearing:
Disconnect the rotation (swing) motor and any hydraulic lines that may be in the way.
Support the upper structure securely with stands or blocks.
Remove the mounting bolts for both the upper and lower connections.
Carefully lift the upper structure away from the undercarriage, exposing the slewing bearing.
Remove the old bearing and clean the mounting surfaces on both the frame and the car body (undercarriage) meticulously. Any debris or old sealant will prevent a flush fit.
