Preparation and Removal
Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces on the undercarriage and the upper structure. Remove all old sealant, dirt, rust, and burrs.
Carefully remove the old slewing bearing. Note the alignment marks (if any) and the location of lubrication passages.
Inspection of Mounting Surfaces
Check the mounting surfaces for flatness, warping, or cracks. Any imperfection on the mounting surface will be transferred to the bearing, causing premature failure. Repair or machine the surfaces if necessary.
This 367-8350 slewing bearing is used for 336D 340D excavator.
