Installation Steps:
Handling: Never lift the slewing bearing by its cables or straps if they are routed through the bolt holes. Use suitable slings and lifting equipment to handle the bearing without damaging the sealing lips or gear teeth.
Alignment and Lowering:
Carefully lower the new or refurbished slewing bearing onto the clean mounting surface of the undercarriage.
Ensure the bolt holes are perfectly aligned. The gear teeth must also be correctly aligned with the pinion gear of the swing motor.
This 512-8893 slewing bearing is used for 307.5 308 308.5 309 310 excavator.
