Coolant Service
Testing: Regularly test the coolant concentration (using a refractometer) for proper freeze protection and anti-boil properties. Caterpillar recommends using Caterpillar Extended Life Coolant (ELC) or equivalent that meets the CAT EC-1 specification. ELC lasts longer and requires less additive maintenance.
Change Interval: Follow the severe service guidelines in the OMM, typically every 3,000-5,000 service hours. Always drain and refill the coolant when the engine is cool.
This 347-9292 radiator is used for 320D 323DL C6.4 excavator.
