Visual and Physical Inspections:
Daily/Pre-shift Check: Look for visible damage, cracks, or missing seals.
Clearance Check: Periodically, check for excessive wear by looking for movement or "play" between the pin and bushing. Try to rock the bucket or arm—any noticeable looseness indicates significant bushing and/or pin wear that needs attention.
