Primary Piston Seals: High-performance polyurethane or other composite seals are used to contain the high pressure on either side of the piston, preventing internal leakage and ensuring efficient power transfer.
Rod Wiper/Scraper: A heavy-duty, multi-lipped wiper seal is installed at the external end of the cylinder. Its critical job is to scrape dirt, mud, dust, and other contaminants off the piston rod as it retracts, preventing this abrasive material from being drawn into the cylinder and damaging the rod seal and the rod itself.
