Precise Material Placement: By metering the extension of the cylinder, the operator can control the rate at which material is released. This allows for precise placement in the haul truck, enabling better load distribution and minimizing material spillage over the sides of the truck bed.
Shaking/Cleaning Action: The operator can rapidly cycle the dump cylinder open and closed slightly to create a shaking action. This helps dislodge any sticky or frozen material that might be adhering to the inside of the bucket or the dump door, ensuring a complete and clean dump.
